Entertainers and celebrities quickly followed because of the plane&#8217;s luxury, speed, and convenience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can see the <a href=\"https:\/\/whattoseeinwashingtondc.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/26\/the-learjet-23\/\">Learjet 23<\/a> prototype in the \u201cWe All Fly\u201d exhibit at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum on the National Mall here in Washington, DC. They inducted him into the Paul E. Garber First Flight Shrine at the Wright Brothers National Memorial for his \u201cfirst\u201d in creating a plane that spawned a new category of air travel. Lear&#8217;s portrait joins other greats such as Charles Lindbergh, Sally Ride, and Charles McGee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visit the LearJet and learn more about its significance in the Thomas W. Haas \u201cWe All Fly\u201d exhibit on the first floor of Air and Space.
