The dragon&#8217;s previous victims lie on the ground around him. This highlights the bravery of St. George to intervene and shows him as the great victor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vittore Carpaccio is a beautiful example of vibrant Christian culture in a time of rebirth.
